Job Summary
Field Installation & Service Carpenter responsible for repairs, rework, warranty work, and installations on commercial cabinetry, casework, and architectural millwork. Requires frequent overnight travel to customer jobsites; when not traveling, work in the Millwork Division supporting manufacturing operations. Read shop drawings and installation plans, operate carpentry hand and power tools, troubleshoot field issues independently, and communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and Stevens team members. Assist with production in the Millwork Division when not traveling. Adhere to all safety policies and jobsite requirements. Must have experience in carpentry/millwork, strong mechanical aptitude, ability to work independently, and excellent customer service and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Previous carpentry, cabinet installation, finish carpentry, or millwork experience required
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check
