Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of experience in related field
- 3+ years of experience supervising field crews or subcontractors
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile apps
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or commercial environments
- Experience with fixture installation, carpentry, or construction management
- Strong understanding of millwork, metal, and fixture fabrication and installation methods
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to travel frequently, including overnight and weekend work
- Must have OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
