Job Summary
Perform on-site installations of pharmaceutical automation equipment and system solutions, adhering to specific procedures and standards domestically and internationally. Utilize mechanical skills to assemble, install, and adjust ScriptPro equipment, while applying basic electrical knowledge to connect and configure components. Operate a truck and trailer safely to transport sensitive equipment, managing import and export through customs at border crossings. Troubleshoot technical issues related to ScriptPro hardware and software, utilizing the Internal Knowledge Base and Siebel for documentation and support. Provide exceptional customer service to pharmacy staff and act as a liaison between clients and Field Operations, adapting to language barriers and cultural differences. Maintain accurate electronic logs and ensure compliance with DOT requirements and international travel documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of related experience in a mechanical/technology field, with experience driving a truck and pulling a trailer
- Demonstrated proficiency with electrical and/or mechanical systems
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), and basic networking concepts
- General knowledge of industry best practices and technologies related to pharmaceutical automation
- Passing score on new hire aptitude test, technical training courses on ScriptPro systems, and ScriptPro provided certifications
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and push up to 700 lbs. on wheels to move ScriptPro equipment
- Ability to perform physical tasks as required for the job, including working in tight spaces within pharmacy environments
- Ability to pass DOT Physical and driving road tests
- Ability to travel 85% of the time, including multi-hour flights and long-distance driving
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record, including international driving experience if applicable
- Must have or be able to acquire a valid passport and be able to travel internationally without any disqualifying factors that would prevent entry into other countries
- Excellent customer service skills, particularly in a healthcare or pharmacy context
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive approach, drive, and tenacity
- Strong work ethics and attention to detail, especially in a regulatory environment

- Ability to obtain Department of Defense security clearance after date of hire
- Completion of annual cybersecurity and privacy awareness training
- Ability to provide proof of health screenings including tuberculosis, annual flu, and COVID vaccinations (medical or religious exemptions will be considered)
