Job Summary
Field/Install Technician responsible for loading company vehicle, installing and repairing accessibility products (wheelchair ramps, stair lifts, ceiling lifts), explaining projects to customers, and entering data into the system. Requires hands-on work, problem-solving, and ability to use hand and power tools. Paid training provided; opportunities for growth and bonuses based on performance. Works independently or in a two-person team with occasional Saturday overtime; no overnight travel. Tools provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Basic computer skills for work orders and inventory
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Background in construction, carpentry, HVAC, solar, or related trades is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle
- Ability to pass background check and drug test
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work overhead
