Job Summary
Manage day-to-day project workflows for store remodels, resets, and department resets while maintaining brand standards and visual merchandising. Execute approved general bay service, tasking, and projects safely, ensuring POP signage, price signs, and display standards meet company guidelines. Coordinate cross-project communication regarding sets, fixtures, and merchandise layout, and communicate timeline issues to the District Install Manager. Work in teams with on-site supervision to provide service to multiple store departments, building relationships with associates and delivering superior customer service to internal and external clients.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of relevant experience
- Experience working in a retail environment
- Experience working in a merchandising department
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Team building skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Frequent car travel required
- Ability to exert 10 - 50 pounds of force occasionally
