Field Inspector - Warner Robins & Middle Georgia (1099 Contractor)

Field Inspector needed in Warner Robins and surrounding middle Georgia to perform quick residential property inspections for mortgage lenders and property managers as a 1099 contractor. You’ll visit homes, take photos, determine if occupied or vacant, complete a short checklist in our app, and file a quick report. You control your schedule by choosing orders near you and can complete multiple stops in a loop; most inspections take 10–20 minutes. Pay is per inspection with an hourly equivalent of $15–$25 depending on volume. Requires a reliable vehicle, valid license, smartphone, and the ability to pass a background check. Training provided before you start; no prior experience required.
