Job Summary
Walk assigned residential neighborhoods, speak directly with homeowners, and perform basic ground-level visual inspections to identify properties qualifying for free roof assessments. Educate residents about the free inspection service and schedule appointments for the in-home inspection team. Work outdoors in a face-to-face, field-based capacity requiring strong people skills, active movement, and professional communication. Monday through Saturday availability between 9am and 7pm with team transportation provided. This entry-level position offers paid training and a clear advancement path for those transitioning from retail, hospitality, or customer service backgrounds.
