Job Summary
Walk assigned residential neighborhoods and speak directly with homeowners to perform basic, ground-level visual inspections and explain the free roof inspection service. Schedule inspection appointments for the in-home inspection team while working outdoors and staying active. This face-to-face, field-based position requires strong people skills similar to those in sales, customer service, hospitality, or retail environments. You must be comfortable talking to people, maintain a positive attitude, and possess great communications skills. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required to travel between the office and neighborhoods. Monday through Saturday availability between 9am and 7pm is necessary, with no overnight travel.
