Job Summary
Walk assigned residential neighborhoods, speak directly with homeowners, and perform basic ground-level visual inspections to identify properties qualifying for free roof evaluations. Explain the free inspection service and schedule appointments with the in-home inspection team while maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude. Work outdoors between 9am and 7pm Monday through Saturday, utilizing team transportation from the office without overnight travel. This face-to-face, field-based role offers paid training for candidates transitioning from retail, hospitality, or customer service backgrounds, with hourly pay plus commission and bonuses leading to average first-year earnings of $40,000–$70,000+.
