Job Summary
Field Audit & Inventory Inspector (1099 Contractor) travels to assigned locations to perform floorplan audits, capture photos, collect data, and upload inspection information using Android or iOS. Inspections involve automobiles, equipment, and occasionally property inspections, inventory verification, or property condition assessments. Independent contractor role with flexible hours, paid per inspection, and average earnings of about $1,500 per month or more depending on location and assignments.
Required Qualifications
- 1099 Independent Contractor status (be your own boss)
- Open availability during daytime hours
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Access to a recent smartphone or tablet for on-site inspections
- Access to a computer with Wi‐Fi to accept and schedule jobs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with common operating systems (iOS, Google Chrome, Microsoft)
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously
