Job Summary
Independent contractor Field Audit & Inventory Inspector performing field audits across local locations, capturing photos, collecting data, and uploading inspection information using a smartphone/tablet; duties include floorplan audits, asset/inventory verification, property condition assessments, and travel to assigned locations with a flexible schedule; requires a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, ability to work outdoors in variable weather, and proficiency with iOS/Android and common software; typically contracted on a part-time basis with earnings per inspection.
Required Qualifications
- 1099 Independent Contractor status
- Open availability during daytime hours, Monday through Friday
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Access to a recent smartphone or tablet for on-site inspections
- Access to a computer with Wi-Fi to accept and schedule jobs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with common operating systems (iOS, Google Chrome, Microsoft)
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously
