Independent contractor performing field audits and inventory inspections across locations; travel required; inspect assets, capture photos, upload data via mobile device; floorplan audits, data collection, property condition assessments; must own a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license; access to smartphone/tablet and Wi‐Fi; schedule flexible; 1099 contract; field-based work in Erie, PA area.
Required Qualifications
- 1099 Independent Contractor status (be your own boss)
- Open availability during daytime hours, Monday through Friday
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Access to a recent smartphone or tablet for on-site inspections
- Access to a computer with Wi-Fi to accept and schedule jobs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with common operating systems (iOS, Google Chrome, Microsoft)
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously
