Job Summary
Field Inspector / Field Audit & Inventory Inspector (1099 Contractor) performs field audits, floorplan audits, data capture, and photo documentation using mobile devices. Travel to assigned locations is required; inspections may involve vehicles, equipment, property inspections, inventory verification, or property-condition assessments. Independent contractor role with flexible scheduling, outdoors work in varying weather, and opportunities for growth. Requires reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license, smartphone/tablet and Wi‐Fi-enabled computer to accept and schedule jobs; strong verbal/written communication and proficiency with iOS, Chrome, and Microsoft tools. Average duties include capturing data, uploading inspection information, and completing inspections across multiple sites.
Required Qualifications
- 1099 Independent Contractor status
- Open availability during daytime hours
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Access to a recent smartphone or tablet
- Access to a computer with Wi-Fi to accept and schedule jobs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with iOS, Google Chrome, Microsoft
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours
