Job Summary
Field Audit & Inventory Inspector (1099 Contractor) conduct field audits and inventory inspections across local locations, traveling to assigned sites to perform floorplan audits, capture photos, collect data, and upload inspection information via mobile devices. Inspections may involve automobiles, equipment, property inspections, inventory verification, or property condition assessments. Independent contractors are expected to be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, smartphone/tablet and a computer with Wi‐Fi to accept/schedule jobs; compensation is paid per inspection with earnings varying by location and assignments. Field-based travel is required with flexible schedules; U.S. applicants only.
Required Qualifications
- 1099 Independent Contractor status
- Open availability during daytime hours Monday through Friday
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Access to a recent smartphone or tablet for on-site inspections
- Access to a computer with Wi‐Fi to accept and schedule jobs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with common operating systems (iOS, Google Chrome, Microsoft)
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously
