Job Summary
Field Inspector role conducting field audits and inventory inspections as a 1099 contractor. Travel to assigned locations to perform floorplan audits, capture photos, collect data, and upload inspection information via mobile device. Inspections may involve automobiles, equipment, property inspections, inventory verification, or property condition assessments. Flexible schedule, independent contractor setup, pay per inspection with earnings varying by location and assignments. Requirements include own vehicle and valid driver's license, smartphone/tablet, computer with Wi-Fi, and ability to work outdoors. Contract/part-time arrangement with travel required.
Required Qualifications
- 1099 Independent Contractor status (be your own boss)
- Open availability during daytime hours, Monday through Friday
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Access to a recent smartphone or tablet for on-site inspections
- Access to a computer with Wi-Fi to accept and schedule jobs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with common operating systems (iOS, Google Chrome, Microsoft)
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously
