Job Summary
Field Inspector role for Field Audit & Inventory Inspector (1099 Contractor) with travel to assigned locations to perform floorplan audits, data capture, and upload via mobile devices. Independent contractor environment; flexible schedule; average earnings cited at $1,500+ per month with pay per inspection. Duties include traveling to locations, capturing photos, performing inspections of automobiles, equipment, and potentially property or inventory verifications, and using iOS/Android devices, with emphasis on accuracy, data entry, and communication. Requires vehicle, license, smartphone/tablet, and Wi-Fi-enabled computer for scheduling jobs. Remote work option available for field-based travel in the United States; office is field-based with travel.
Required Qualifications
- 1099 Independent Contractor status
- Open availability during daytime hours
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Access to a recent smartphone or tablet
- Access to a computer with Wi-Fi
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with iOS, Google Chrome, Microsoft
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours
