Job Summary
Field Audit & Inventory Inspector (1099 Contractor) performing field inspections in local areas. Travel to assigned locations to conduct floorplan audits, capture photos, collect data, and upload inspection information via Android or iOS. Inspections involve automobiles and equipment, with potential property inspections, inventory verification, or property-condition assessments. Flexible earnings opportunities for independent contractors; average earnings around $1,500 per month or more depending on location and assignments. Requires independent-contractor status, outdoor work in varying weather, a reliable vehicle and driver’s license, access to a compatible smartphone/tablet and a Wi‐Fi-enabled computer to schedule jobs, and strong verbal/written communication. Schedule is flexible; contract/part-time role with field-based travel across the United States.
Required Qualifications
- 1099 Independent Contractor status
- Open availability during daytime hours
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Access to a recent smartphone or tablet
- Access to a computer with Wi-Fi
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with iOS, Google Chrome, Microsoft
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously
- Location: Field-based / travel required
