Job Summary
Independent 1099 Field Inspector needed to perform field audits and inventory inspections at assigned locations using a mobile device. Responsibilities include traveling to sites, conducting floorplan audits, capturing photos, collecting data, and uploading inspection information. Inspections may involve automobiles, equipment, property inspections, inventory verification, or property condition assessments. Must have reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, access to a smartphone/tablet, and a computer with Wi‐Fi to schedule jobs. Flexible schedule; pay per inspection with average earnings around $1,500 per month or more depending on location and assignments. Field-based/travel required across the United States.
Required Qualifications
- 1099 Independent Contractor status
- Open availability during daytime hours
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Access to a recent smartphone or tablet for on-site inspections
- Access to a computer with Wi-Fi to accept and schedule jobs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with iOS, Google Chrome, Microsoft
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously
