Job Summary
Conduct field audit inspections and inventory verifications by traveling to assigned locations to perform floorplan audits, capture photos, and collect data using a smartphone or tablet. Upload inspection information for automobiles, equipment, properties, and condition assessments while maintaining detail-oriented organization. Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between locations, standing and walking continuously for up to 7.5 hours during daytime hours Monday through Friday. Earn paid per inspection with average monthly earnings of $1,500 or more depending on assigned complexity and availability.
Required Qualifications
- 1099 Independent Contractor status (be your own boss)
- Open availability during daytime hours, Monday through Friday
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Access to a recent smartphone or tablet for on-site inspections
- Access to a computer with Wi-Fi to accept and schedule jobs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with common operating systems (iOS, Google Chrome, Microsoft)
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously
- Valid Driver's License (Required)
