Job Summary
Conduct floorplan audits, capture photos, collect data, and upload inspection information using a smartphone or tablet at assigned locations. Perform inspections involving automobiles and equipment, as well as property condition assessments and inventory verification. Travel between locations with a reliable vehicle while standing and walking for up to seven and a half hours continuously. Maintain open daytime availability Monday through Friday as an independent contractor. Earnings vary by complexity and location, with average monthly income of $1,500 or more.
Required Qualifications
- 1099 Independent Contractor status (be your own boss)
- Open availability during daytime hours, Monday through Friday
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Access to a recent smartphone or tablet for on-site inspections
- Access to a computer with Wi-Fi to accept and schedule jobs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with common operating systems (iOS, Google Chrome, Microsoft)
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously
- Valid Driver's License (Required)
