Job Summary
Conduct floorplan audits, capture photos, and collect data at assigned locations using a smartphone or tablet. Perform inspections involving automobiles, equipment, property, and inventory verification while traveling between sites. Maintain detailed records and upload inspection information daily. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously. Work as an independent contractor during daytime hours Monday through Friday. Earn paid per inspection with average monthly earnings of $1,500 or more.
Required Qualifications
- 1099 Independent Contractor status (be your own boss)
- Open availability during daytime hours, Monday through Friday
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Access to a recent smartphone or tablet for on-site inspections
- Access to a computer with Wi-Fi to accept and schedule jobs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with common operating systems (iOS, Google Chrome, Microsoft)
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously
- Valid Driver's License (Required)
