Job Summary
Field Inspector role focusing on 1099 field audit & inventory inspections. Travel to assigned locations to perform floorplan audits, capture photos, collect data, and upload inspection information using a mobile device. Roles involve inspections of automobiles, equipment, and occasionally property or inventory verifications. Independent contractor with flexible hours and earnings driven by location and assignments; average earnings of $1,500 per month or more. Requires reliable vehicle, smartphone/tablet, access to Wi‐Fi for scheduling, and strong communication skills. Proficiency with iOS, Google Chrome, and Microsoft software is preferred, with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods in outdoor settings.
Required Qualifications
- 1099 Independent Contractor status (be your own boss)
- Open availability during daytime hours, Monday through Friday
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Access to a recent smartphone or tablet for on-site inspections
- Access to a computer with Wi-Fi to accept and schedule jobs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with common operating systems (iOS, Google Chrome, Microsoft)
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously
