Job Summary
Field Inspector (1099 Contractor) conducts field audits and inventory inspections, travels to assigned locations to perform floorplan audits, capture photos, collect data, and upload inspection information using a smartphone or tablet. Inspections may involve vehicles, equipment, property, or assets; responsibilities include data collection, photo documentation, and reporting from on-site visits. Requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and access to a smartphone/tablet and Wi‐Fi for scheduling and submitting inspections. Flexible hours with field-based travel and earnings tied to inspections completed.
Required Qualifications
- 1099 Independent Contractor status
- Open availability during daytime hours, Monday through Friday
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Access to a recent smartphone or tablet for on-site inspections
- Access to a computer with Wi-Fi to accept and schedule jobs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with iOS, Google Chrome, Microsoft
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously
