Job Summary
Field Inspector for 1099 Field Audit & Inventory Inspector (Contract) performing field audits and inspections across assigned locations. Travel to client sites to conduct floorplan audits, capture photos, collect data, and upload inspection information via Android or iOS devices. Inspections may involve automobiles, equipment, property inspections, inventory verification, or property condition assessments. Independent contractor role with flexible scheduling; must maintain reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, access to a smartphone/tablet, and a computer with Wi-Fi to schedule jobs. Requires the ability to stand and walk up to 7.5 hours and strong verbal/written communication skills; proficiency with iOS, Chrome, and Microsoft. Paid per inspection with earnings potential around $1,500 per month or more depending on location and assignments.
Required Qualifications
- 1099 Independent Contractor status
- Open availability during daytime hours Monday through Friday
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Access to a recent smartphone or tablet for on-site inspections
- Access to a computer with Wi-Fi to accept and schedule jobs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with common operating systems (iOS, Google Chrome, Microsoft)
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously
- Location: United States (field-based travel)
- License Requirement: Valid Driver’s License
