Job Summary
Field Audit & Inventory Inspector (1099 Contractor) — travel to field locations to perform floorplan audits, capture photos, collect data, and upload inspection information using a mobile device; inspections may involve automobiles, equipment, property inspections, inventory verification, or property condition assessments; pay is per inspection with potential earnings scale, flexible schedule, field-based work, and requirement of a reliable vehicle and smartphone/tablet for on-site data collection.
Required Qualifications
- 1099 Independent Contractor status (be your own boss)
- Open availability during daytime hours, Monday through Friday
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Access to a recent smartphone or tablet for on-site inspections
- Access to a computer with Wi‐Fi to accept and schedule jobs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with common operating systems (iOS, Google Chrome, Microsoft)
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 7.5 hours continuously
