Job Summary
Perform local property inspections by visiting homes, photograph occupancy status (lived in or vacant), and file a short report from a smartphone. Each visit lasts about 10–20 minutes; you select orders nearby, work around your own schedule, and get paid by direct deposit. You’ll need a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, a smartphone, and the dependability to meet deadlines and follow client instructions, including occasional in-person occupancy checks. Training is provided and background check is required. Start with Montgomery-area orders as soon as setup is complete.
