Job Summary
Field Inspector needed in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex to perform quick residential property inspections. Drive to assigned homes, take photos with a phone, determine if the residence is occupied or vacant, complete a short checklist in the mobile app, and follow client instructions. Most inspections take 10–20 minutes. You’ll select orders nearest you to build a route, with steady volume and pay per inspection. Independent contractor (1099) with direct deposit and flexible hours; must have a reliable vehicle, smartphone, and be able to pass a background check. Training is provided to start on open orders in the area.
