Job Summary
Seek Now is hiring 1099 independent subcontractors for property inspections. Responsibilities include performing inspections on various property types, using proprietary software on smartphones to document findings, and being able to operate equipment such as ladders, including a 32-foot ladder as well as additional tools like drones and moisture meters. Candidates are expected to travel for assignments, especially during weather catastrophes, and uphold strong standards of professionalism and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- A clean and reliable truck, van, or SUV capable of transporting a 32’ ft ladder safely
- An operational laptop and smartphone
- Ability to travel, especially during catastrophic events
- Ability to earn HAAG Certification within 90 days
- Ability to submit complete, quality reports on time
- 32-foot ladder
- Professional appearance
- Valid driver’s license
- State Issued Workers Compensation
- Certificate of General Liability Insurance
- LLC Articles or Certificate of Organization
- 1099 independent contractor
Desired Qualifications
- Roofing sales or construction experience
- Property Insurance experience
- Haag Certification
- Ability to use a 40’-foot ladder
