Job Summary

Field Inside Sales Representative (ISR) for the U.S. public safety market. Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and lead qualification to demos and closing. Build relationships within the PSAP ecosystem to grow revenue and customer base. Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels; qualify prospects; manage a structured pipeline in CRM; deliver compelling product demonstrations; collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and campaigns; stay informed on industry trends and best practices. Requirements include 2–4 years in inside sales or full-cycle closing (preferably in SaaS/tech), strong communicator, resilient and driven, tech-savvy with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation, and willingness to travel up to 50% in a fully remote role within the United States.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years in inside sales or full-cycle closing roles, ideally within SaaS or technology
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Resilient and driven with ability to handle objections and adapt to feedback
  • Team-oriented, high-velocity environment
  • Proactive prospecting and outbound outreach
  • Ability to deliver product demonstrations and articulate value to stakeholders
