Field & Infusion Nurse (RN)

Job Summary
Nurse administers medications in the patient’s home, specialty clinics, and Physician Partnership clinic settings; assess and monitor pre/post-infusion treatments; document per program policies and accreditation standards; provide patient/caregiver education; report adverse events and product issues; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet scheduling and treatment timelines; participate in team trainings; travel within designated IBUs to meet operational needs; adhere to nursing standards and safety policies; may be on standby/on-call; requires proficiency with MS Excel/Outlook/Word and strong communication; maintain autonomous clinical practice within a larger team.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current licensure with provincial licensing body
- Relevant nursing experience (1 year IV initiation experience noted as required/asset)
