Job Summary
Field Industrial Technician responsible for installation tasks on industrial mechanical contracting projects, including welding, rigging, millwright work, and painting. Operate material handling equipment, welding equipment, fabrication machinery, and power tools safely; perform work at heights over four feet and in confined spaces per OSHA standards. Assist with processing and installation of steel structures, weldments, piping systems, pressure vessels, and sheet metal components of varying shapes and sizes. Follow safety procedures and maintain compliance with industrial and jobsite regulations. Requires out-of-town travel and working in industrial environments with heights and confined spaces.
