Job Summary
Execute implementation plans for Vision software and hardware aligned to contracted scope and customer readiness. Coordinate site readiness, installation activities, and customer scheduling to ensure safe, efficient field execution. Identify and escalate deployment risks to Sales, Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, or Product to prevent customer impact. Deliver role-based training and enablement to equip users and leaders, driving early adoption through standard workflow reinforcement and post-go-live check-ins. Transition customers to ongoing support pathways with documented hand-offs. Capture field learnings and route recommendations for process, training, or product improvements. Maintain accurate implementation plans and status updates in standard planning tools while producing customer-facing self-service content. Requires 50% travel by airplane and ability to lift hardware.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience in engineering, development, or technical sales
- Demonstrated project/implementation management experience in customer-facing environments
- Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills
- Comfortable leading training for groups with varied backgrounds
- Technical aptitude with RFID, GPS, barcode, mobile/web applications, and databases
- Ability to work independently while meeting shared delivery commitments
- Ability to escalate issues appropriately
- Willingness to travel by airplane approximately 50% of the time
- Ability to lift/move product and hardware (pallets, crates, RFID hardware) during installation activities
