Job Summary
Field HR Manager leads HR initiatives within a defined operational territory, supports talent development, onboarding, retention, workforce planning, compliance, and associate relations across up to 19 locations. Travels up to 50% by car and air to support up to 650 associates; maintains regular onsite HR presence in Lebanon, TN. Key responsibilities include leading local associate experience and retention programs, supporting recruitment and staffing levels, developing leadership and talent, coordinating onboarding, conducting performance management and succession planning, ensuring compliance with policies, providing HR analytics, and partnering with Area HR Manager and Legal as needed.
