Field HR Partner

Align business objectives with front-line employees, supervisors, and managers while serving as a consultant on human resource-related issues. Assess and anticipate HR needs through collaboration with HR centers of excellence to achieve talent goals that sustain business performance. Implement innovative, practical solutions using a strong process and metrics focus to deliver value-added services to management and employees. Act as an employee champion and change agent across all ABM industry groups in Oregon and Eastern WA. This hybrid role requires four days in-office at the Seattle location, with bilingual English/Spanish ability preferred.
