Field HR Generalist (Remote) - Global Support Center (GSC)

Job Summary
Partner with leaders across multiple business units as the primary HR resource for day-to-day guidance and support. Coach managers on policies, procedures, and employee concerns while helping leaders make informed people decisions. Lead new hire onboarding, conduct exit interviews, and promote engagement to create a welcoming associate experience. Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and prepare offers to support the recruiting process. Manage payroll, timekeeping, leave of absence administration, and I-9 compliance while ensuring adherence to federal and state employment laws. Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and contribute ideas to strengthen overall effectiveness. Travel periodically to assigned business units to support operations and strengthen partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible Human Resources experience
- Three to five years of progressive Human Resources experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or in a comparable HR role
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, HR best practices, and associate relations
- Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and other business applications
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Willingness and ability to travel periodically to support business operations and strengthen partnerships with leaders and associates
- Reside within the Eastern or Central Time Zone
