Job Summary
Hospice Aide (CNA) in Hawaii providing in-field patient care across Oahu. Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene and ADLs, ambulation and transfers, ROM exercises, comfort positioning, equipment assistance, nutrition support, ensuring a safe home environment, and documenting care per agency protocol. Works with Nurse Case Manager and Interdisciplinary Team, participates in conferences, travels to patient homes, facilities, and offices, and adheres to policies. Requires valid Hawaii Certified Nurse Aide, 1 year direct patient care experience, valid driver’s license, TB clearance, and CPR/BLS certification. Scheduling typically Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm with potential weekend/night/holiday availability. Salary: $23-$25 hourly (annualized to $47,840–$52,000). Must be comfortable working in field environments across Hawaii Island/Oahu and traveling as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Certified Nurse Aide in the State of Hawai‘i
- 1 year of direct patient care experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- TB Clearance
- CPR & BLS Certification
