Field Hockey: Assistant Coach

Field Hockey: Assistant Coach for Everett Public Schools. Responsibilities include coaching players to develop field hockey skills, maintaining team records and injury reports, reporting scores and stats, supporting students’ scholastic achievement and college preparation, determining athletic eligibility, ensuring safety of facilities, attending all practices and contests, enforcing sportsmanship, participating in athletic department and school meetings, communicating with staff and parents, supervising players at home and away contests, and assisting with uniforms/equipment. Qualifications emphasize field hockey knowledge, ability to work with students and colleagues, and a bachelor’s degree preferred; CPR Certification is required. The role is a stipend, contract-based, part-time position. Knowledge of MIAA rules and completion of related education/classes is encouraged.
