Field Gutter Manager CA

Job Summary

Conduct daily gutter installation operations for a field office, including full onsite customer installations and fabricating gutters for third-party contractors. Travel assigned territory to complete installations, operate a box truck and gutter machine in varying conditions, and maintain organized job documents. Communicate daily with local leadership on progress and service issues while providing excellent customer service. Adhere to OSHA guidelines and safety policies, including ascending and descending ladders of varying heights. Occasional overnight travel required; additional hours may be needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • 3+ years of successful experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or gutter installation
  • Must hold active and valid drivers license and be able to operate a box truck safely
  • Must be comfortable ascending and descending ladders of varying heights to perform services
  • Must hold active and valid drivers license and be able to operate a box truck safely
  • Ability to successfully complete and meet DOT physical criteria
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
  • Occasional overnight travel required
  • Additional Hours May Be Required
  • Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects

  • Holding oneself responsible and being self-driven in accomplishing business goals, adhering to policies and being responsible for one's own actions, performance, and decisions
  • Familiarity and comfort using ladders of various heights
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access)
  • Experience in gutter and/or gutter protection system installation, repair, or inspection
