Job Summary
Geotechnical Engineer or Geologist (Nuclear) with field-focused responsibilities including soil/rock investigations, subsurface exploration, field testing, data analysis, and reporting for nuclear-site projects. Travel out of state for field assignments (10 days on/4 days off) and collaboration with drilling contractors, laboratories, and project teams. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of geotechnical/geology experience; EIT/PE/PG credentials are a plus. Full-time role based in Greenville, SC, with opportunity to support nuclear facilities and related regulated environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geology, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, geology, or consulting
- Field subsurface exploration experience is required
- Experience working on nuclear projects or in highly regulated environments is a plus
- EIT, GIT, PE, or PG is a plus
