Job Summary
S&ME is seeking a full-time Field Geologist with a Bachelor's degree in Geology or related field and 3+ years of experience. Responsibilities include subsurface field investigations, soil/rock logging, and managing drilling contractors. Extensive travel and physical demands are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Geology or related field
- 3+ years of experience working in a geologic, environmental, engineering, or construction field
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in gINT Boring Log Program
- Flexible computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Safety-first mindset
- Strong customer focus and conflict resolution skills
