Job Summary
Field Service Technician for Crown Equipment in Australia with a 4-8 week training program. Responsibilities include completing training, carrying out scheduled servicing, safety checks and repairs of equipment in a dedicated territory; performing planned and reactive maintenance, responding to breakdowns and minimizing downtime; managing daily work schedule using field-based mobile technology; maintaining service records and keeping the service van stocked; providing high level customer service to solve material handling needs. Automotive trade certified is preferred. Located in Melbourne, Australia with field-based, customer-facing work in the territory; opportunity to join a leading forklift service company with strong team support and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude, you enjoy fault finding and fixing things
- Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team
- Strong communication and customer service skills, this is a customer facing role in the Field
