Job Summary
Field Foreman responsible for leadership on field projects of various sizes nationwide, overseeing safety and coordinating field crews. Works closely with Project Managers and Project Engineers, ensures tools and equipment are used safely, provides training and assistance to field management and crews, helps evaluate production rates, completes clear paperwork, and travels as required. Requires strong reading of construction drawings and contract specs, contract with customers and teams effectively, and maintain a safety-focused, 24/7 approach to on-site operations. The role emphasizes supervising concrete-related work (repair, post-tensioning, coatings, waterproofing, corrosion control, strengthening), and fostering teamwork, goals, and accountability on diverse projects.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Prior experience on elevated concrete structures and concrete related work highly preferred
- Ability to travel up to 100%
- Proven ability to manage complex construction work
- Demonstrates ability to read, interpret and follow construction drawings and contract specifications
- Valid Driver's License and ability to pass background screenings
- Ability to speak, read and write in English
