Job Summary
Lead industrial mechanical installation crews as the Millwright Field Foreman, coordinating field work from blueprints, ensuring safety, and traveling regionally with overtime as needed. Operate and oversee use of forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts; manage piping, pipe welding/layout, mechanical installation, rigging, and steel fabrication tasks on projects throughout the region. Competitive OT structure, weekly pay, and benefits. Requires valid driver’s license and ability to travel; occasional overnight trips.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership experience in industrial construction or mechanical contracting
- Ability to read blueprints and coordinate field work
- Strong safety mindset
- Willingness to travel regionally and work overtime as needed
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate vehicles and trailers up to 26,000 lbs GVW combined
- Experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other construction equipment
- Experience in industrial piping, pipe welding/layout, mechanical installation, rigging, millwright, steel fabrication/installation
