Job Summary
Field Finance Supervisor responsible for supporting US Structural Heart Commercial, FP&A, and Sales Operations with business intelligence, quota setting, resource and alignment tracking, data modeling/analysis, and KPI reporting. Acts as a business advisor to Area VPs and Regional Sales Directors, collaborates with sales leadership to drive growth through analytics, develops and rolls out quotas and organizational structure, advises on resource deployment, facilitates regional strategy reviews, monitors headcount productivity, maintains dashboards, and supports FP&A as the voice of the field in planning and estimates. Requires strong data-analytics ability, cross-functional collaboration, and experience with multiple information systems; travel ~15% and a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of related experience. Willingness to work in Minnesota locations (New Brighton / St. Paul).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of professional experience in sales/commercial-focused financial planning and analysis, sales operations, sales strategy, or other related field
- Ability to quickly and effectively analyze data, extract trends from analysis, and translate trends into actionable insights
- Strong quantitative abilities/experience in data management, data gathering, data analytics and analysis
- Demonstrated organizational skills, attentiveness to detail, ability to work under limited supervision and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to be self-motivated to accomplish tasks in a proactive manner
- Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to resolve moderately complex problems and maintain rapport at various levels
- Experience with information systems and ability to extract data from multiple information systems on an ad-hoc basis
- Multitasking, prioritization and meeting deadlines
- Travel willingness ~15%
- Professional experience in Medical Device/Technology preferred
- PowerBI or similar system experience preferred
- Experience in enterprise/cross-division business models preferred
