Job Summary
Field Experience Associate in NYC for HOKA (Deckers Brands). Supports consumers and wholesale customers through in-person events, activations, and expos; trains retail staff; provides virtual support via educational resources and digital assets; aims to grow brand awareness, stimulate product trials, and identify opportunities across running, fitness, hike, medical, prep, walking, and trend communities. Responsibilities include educating retail staff on brands and products, showcasing HOKA in stores and at expos, soliciting sales from consumers, coordinating with Field Experience Manager to align with regional goals, creating seasonal territory support strategies, scheduling and reporting activity, and staying current on industry trends. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, valid driver’s license, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage time and priorities; lifting up to 50 lbs may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Experience with consumer-first strategy and maintaining professional relationships
- Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with peers, superiors, sales reps, and retail staff
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with one-on-one service, fitting, and selling technical running footwear and apparel
- Ability to prioritize workflow
