Job Summary
Sales- and education-focused Field Executive for Estée Lauder Companies’ BALMAIN Beauty in San Diego. Responsible for supervising Beauty Advisors, coaching on brand stories and product knowledge, and driving sales objectives. Coordinates and executes in-store promotions and programs, ensures brand image and visual merchandising align with brand standards, and provides direction to BAs to achieve sales goals. Partners with ASOM and Marketing to support launches, monitors product trends and opportunities, and delivers promotions reports and competitive intelligence. Requires spending minimum of 70 percent of time in-store, with travel to various doors as needed. Travel-ready candidate should have a BA/BS and a proven sales track record, plus proficiency with MS Office/Excel and virtual tools for coaching and training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- minimum 3 years relevant experience in sales/retail/travel retail
- well groomed with strong organization and communication skills
- comfortable with virtual tools (Zoom, Skype) and in-person presentations
- willingness to travel
- proven sales track record
- proficient in MS Office and Excel
