Job Summary
Sales- and education-focused leadership role overseeing Beauty Advisors (BAs) with in-store coaching, training, and program execution. Responsibilities include reviewing sales targets, analyzing performance versus objectives, generating sales reports, ensuring brand image and visual merchandising aligns with standards, coordinating promotions, and guiding BAs on product storytelling and brand concepts. Requires managing BA headcount and productivity, conducting trainings via in-store meetings and e-learning platforms, and spend-primarily in-store with significant travel in travel retail environments. Skills include strong communication, organization, Microsoft Office proficiency, virtual presentation tools, and the ability to coach on selling strategies, brand stories, and customer experience; willingness to travel and travel-retail experience preferred.
