Job Summary
Field Executive position focused on driving sales leadership for Tom Ford and Balmain beauty counters in Miami. Responsible for reviewing and analyzing sales targets and performance, generating and communicating sales reports, ensuring brand image and visual merchandising align with brand standards, coordinating in-store promotions and programs, and ensuring Beauty Advisors (BAs) are informed and coached to achieve sales goals. Oversees recruitment/onboarding and management of BAs, coaches on brand stories, product heroes, and selling skills, and collaborates with ASOM and Marketing to execute newness and promotions. Requires spend of substantial time in-store (minimum 70% as described) and frequent travel; includes training and coaching across counters, utilizing virtual learning tools, and maintaining high standards of grooming and customer engagement.
Required Qualifications
- BA degree
- minimum of 3 years relevant experience in sales/retail (travel retail preferred)
- proven sales track record
- good organization and communication skills
- good presentation skills
- comfortable with virtual tools (Zoom, Skype) and in-person presentations
- display empathy and adaptable attitude
- willingness to travel
- proficient in MS Office and Excel
