Job Summary
Field Executive role based in Los Angeles for Estée Lauder Companies and Balmain Beauty. Lead sales-related activities including reviewing store targets, analyzing performance, generating reports, ensuring brand image and in-store merchandising alignment, and coordinating promotions. Manage Beauty Advisors, oversee recruiting/onboarding and coaching to achieve sales goals. Support Education/Marketing teams in launching new products and go-to-market materials, monitor product trends, and provide post-campaign competitive intelligence. Train and motivate Beauty Advisors on brand stories, products, and customer service; conduct in-store coaching and virtual trainings via e-learning platforms. Requires spending at least 70% of time in-store, travel readiness, and a BA with 3+ years of relevant experience; strong presentation and communication skills; proficiency with MS Office/Excel; comfortable with virtual tools; travel willingness and proven sales capability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Proven sales track record in beauty or travel retail preferred
- Willingness to travel
- Good organization and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
- Comfortable with virtual tools (Zoom, Skype) for presentations/training
