Role focuses on safe and reliable maintenance of elevator and escalator units on assigned routes; responsible for troubleshooting, code maintenance, and customer service for assigned units, aiming for zero callbacks through preventive maintenance, responding to breakdowns with a focus on first-time fix, generating T leads and closing T orders, and building strong customer relationships during site visits.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma Engineering in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in elevator maintenance with hands-on exposure to technical troubleshooting, repairs, and safety protocols
